- Mix on a 1 : 1 ratio with a carrier oil such as coconut, apricot, almond oil
- Add 2 - 3 drops of your favourite essential oil and mix well
- Warm over a low heat for about 10 minutes and allow to cool
- Slather on and massage in (use right after your shower or bath, when your skin will better absorb the oil)
