Using the oil in massage therapy is a great way to maximise aloe oil's healing benefits. Apply directly or 'Make Your Own' massage oil with this recipe:

1. Mix on a 1 : 1 ratio with a carrier oil such as coconut, apricot, almond oil
2. Add 2 - 3 drops of your favourite essential oil and mix well
3. Warm over a low heat for about 10 minutes and allow to cool
4. Slather on and massage in (use right after your shower or bath, when your skin will better absorb the oil)
