Directions

As a soak: Pour salts in warm, running bath water of 37 - 39 degrees Celsius, For general well-being add 1/2 of 1cup; for tired and sore muscles 2 - 4 ups, Add 3 - 4 drops oil, Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin, Enjoy

 

As a foot soak: Add 1 cup Epsom Salt to warm water and soak aching feet, Don't have a tub? You can just use a bucket that you can fit your feet into and cover with water,

 

As an exfoliator: Mix a handful of Epsom Salts with your favourite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well,

 

As a conditioner: Mix a handful of Epsom Salts with your favourite conditioner to help add body to hair, Rinse and style as usual,
